Residence permit

After you obtain the Temporary Residence Registration Form and the medical examination certificate, your employer will submit them to the local immigration office to help you apply for a residence permit. They also need to submit your original acquisition.

Important Tips: It is important to maintain a good relationship with your Chinese employer. If you intend to stay in China and eventually change your employer, you need a letter from your previous employer to prove that you have worked for them.
